Trilon Apps · Minimal Dice

Privacy Policy

Effective September 23, 2026

This policy explains how information is handled when you use Minimal Dice (listed as Minimal Dice: Ludo & Pachisi), our collection of Ludo, Pachisi, Farkle and Yatzy games for iPhone and iPad. Trilon Apps is the developer.

The short version

Your settings, solo saves, local game history and gem ledger are stored on your device. Online play uses Apple’s Game Center, and purchases use Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. These features involve sharing information with Apple and, for multiplayer, the other participants. The app does not use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. You do not need a separate Trilon Apps account.

Information stored on your device

The app stores preferences such as sound, haptics, city, board style and avatar; resumable solo games; local match results and statistics; your gem balance, daily-gift claims and streak; and Passport to Play city stamps, challenge progress and earned cosmetic rewards. Local match records can include participants’ display names. Purchase transaction identifiers are retained locally to avoid crediting the same purchase twice. This information supports gameplay and your selected settings. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple and device settings.

Game Center and multiplayer

If you use Game Center features, Apple handles authentication and matchmaking. The app uses Game Center player identifiers and display names to arrange matches and identify participants. Your chosen avatar, moves, dice results, turn state and other match information are shared as needed with the other participants and through Game Center. Asynchronous matches are stored through Apple so players can take their turns later. Scores and achievements may also be sent to Game Center and displayed according to your Game Center settings.

Quick reactions use preset messages and emoji. The app does not offer open text or voice chat. If you permit notifications, Game Center can notify you when it is your turn. You can manage Game Center visibility and notifications in your device settings. Solo and pass-and-play modes can be played without an internet connection.

Apple describes its processing and your controls in Game Center & Privacy and its Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Optional gem packs, city collections and avatar packs are purchased through Apple. Apple processes payment; we do not receive your payment-card details. The app checks Apple’s signed transaction records, including product and transaction identifiers and purchase or revocation status, to deliver gems, unlock purchased content, and restore eligible permanent purchases. Gems are consumable; city and avatar unlocks are permanent purchases, subject to Apple’s transaction status. The app does not use RevenueCat or a separate developer payment server.

Passport to Play event dates

The app retrieves a small public event schedule from trilonapps.com so the 14-day challenge opens and closes at the same time for everyone. This request sends no player identifier, account information, game history, stamps or reward progress. It uses no cookies or analytics. Network delivery involves your IP address and standard request information, processed by our Amazon Web Services hosting provider. We do not enable request-level access logging for this schedule service or use these requests to identify or track players. A cached schedule supports offline play; stamps and earned rewards remain on your device and are not uploaded to us.

Support and optional feedback

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a description of a problem or a screenshot. We use that correspondence to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. We retain support correspondence as needed to handle the request and any related legal or security obligations; you may contact us to request deletion.

Apple may provide crash or diagnostic reports according to your device’s sharing settings. During beta testing, feedback you choose to send through TestFlight is processed by Apple and made available to us to improve the app. Do not include information in feedback that you do not want the developer to receive.

Service providers and website visits

Apple provides app distribution, purchases and Game Center. Email services deliver support correspondence. This policy page is hosted using Amazon Web Services; serving a web page necessarily involves basic request information such as an IP address and browser details. This page contains no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Providers process information according to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Your choices and deletion

You can turn sounds, haptics and autoplay off, manage notifications in iOS settings, and choose not to use online features or make purchases. Local app data is removed when you delete the app, although device backups may retain copies. Deleting the app does not delete Apple-held purchase records or Game Center data. Manage those through Apple, including Apple’s Data and Privacy tools.

To ask about, access, correct or delete personal information you have sent directly to us, contact the address below. Your rights depend on where you live; requests may be subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.

Children and family use

Parents and guardians should supervise online play and use Apple’s parental controls for Game Center, communications and purchases. The app does not request a child’s date of birth, precise location or contact list. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support or feedback, please contact us so we can address the request.

Security and changes

The app relies on iOS app storage protections and Apple’s platform services. No system is completely secure; please keep your device and Apple Account protected. We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
